Cherry floral
A warm, sweet, floral cherry scent that at first spray screamed "sorority girl on a night out." It definitely has that "fruitchouli" vibe that was popular with college age women in the 2010s. However I came to crave it and find myself wearing it to holiday parties. Despite the young, honestly a bit slutty feeling it has for me due to the scent memories of college drinking parties, I have received compliments from several older women. Like many in this class of perfume it has strong projection and staying power. I don't often want a fruity fragrance, but when I do this fits the bill. It feels more jammy to me than the vanillaed gourmand that a praline note suggests. Shares that dark jamminess in common with Nest's Black Tulip.

Fruity-gourmandy pralines for spraying on
Hello hello and welcome to a new comment from me. Today I come to a DKNY fragrance and have to say that I didn't even know that there are also DKNY fragrances that don't come in these apple bottles. Yes, laugh, I've only seen the apple bottles in the city in various colours or these thin, rod-shaped bottles, but I've never seen such great ones like this one from Liquid Cashmere Black!

Otherwise I would have tested these cashmere fragrances certainly much earlier, because the flacons really catch the eye. Maybe I didn't see these fragrances earlier because I was a little more shy in the past when testing women's fragrances in the midst of women, you know that from me, now it's possible to some extent and I only disappear when too many women are present :D

So, cashmere it is. Wow, there are some flankers in this line. Well, let's see what a cashmere scent smells like. At Cashmere I always imagine something very soft and fluffy, like my tomcat :) He just looks even more fluffy because he is sleeping in a very soft bed, and that for quite a long time, because the poor man has caught a cold. He is nevertheless cute, if he does not sneeze in my face by mistake, which was disgusting... bah! :DD

The fragrance:
The fragrance begins with strong cherry, rose and raspberry. The fragrance is beautiful, even though I often find the patchouli that follows a fragrance to be a bit unusual, as I find patchouli to be somewhat inappropriate for fragrances that smell not only fruity-sweet but also powdery-gentle.
Jasmine gives the fragrance a nice sweetness that goes very well with the fruits mentioned. The iris makes the fragrance more powdery and gentle as described. Heliotrope takes a little time, but then gradually comes through, as you can smell its sweet scent with almond notes more and more.
The patchouli gets weaker again as the fragrance progresses, which I think is pretty good because the fragrance starts to smell much better without this earthy note. Although the fruity notes gradually go down again from the heart note, the praline has a chocolaty-influenced and gourmandy-looking, beautiful fragrance that smells delicious :)
Later, the fragrance remains sweet and gourmandig only. From time to time the sweet notes also smell a bit like tonka bean to me. You can still smell the cherry for a while, but unfortunately only if you sniff extensively at the sprayed place, otherwise you will only notice the sweet scents mentioned, which is also very beautiful because of the gentle and powdery scents! All in all not a world novelty, but a solid and beautiful fragrance!

The Sillage and the shelf life:
The Sillage is good, one radiates with this perfume a larger smell cloud and I think therefore that one is well smellable with it, also with somewhat larger distances. The shelf life is pretty good with over ten hours.

The bottle:
The bottle has a beautiful curved shape and a great gradient from black to clear glass (or light beige). The lid adapts to the shape of the bottle, so that both look like a unit. There doesn't seem to be a label, which is good, since it would have only disturbed the shape of the bottle in my opinion. All in all a very nice bottle.

Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I think this fragrance is very good. It smells sweet and gourmandig beautifully with fruity notes, which smell however only in the top note more strongly and lose then ever further their intensity. This is a little bit unfortunate, because especially the cherry smells very nice at the beginning, but it doesn't matter, because the rest of the scent is also very nice.

It's one of those fragrances, which I'm sure you've already had enough of in your nose, but it's one of the well made fragrances of its kind and is great for the evening or for going out in autumn because it's feminine and tasty (don't worry, I won't go on raving about with tasty, sweet, sexy etc... even if all this TOTALLY TRIPS!!) :D). The Patchouli disturbs me a bit at the beginning, but as I said it can only be smelled for a short time at the beginning and then disappears further into the background.

And as expected, this fragrance is also soft and powdery, comparable to a fluffy cat fur or a tender-soft lady skin :))
Yeah, he's worth a test for sure!

So that's it again, so see you next time! Have a nice evening :)

Grow up!
A “not-overly-annoying” yet however dramatically dull and more than forgettable synthetic “fruitchouli” bomb with neither praise nor blame, that cheap and linear “nom nom nom” kind of sweetish bubblegum nonsense for teenagers stuck in grown up’s bodies. I rushed to try this as I thought it had some connection to the discontinued glory of Black Cashmere, but this is just a silly cherry potato. Meh.
