Oriental masterpiece
Meanwhile, the house of Nabeel has arrived on the European market with The Spirit of Dubai (TSoD) and hits like a bomb.
And completely justified!
TSoD combines great stories and backgrounds of Dubai and Arab culture.
But not only that the stories fit and the bottles and botteling are beautiful... also the fragrances have been developed by high Pafumeurskunst and are wonderfully matched.
The bottles come in a beautiful hinged casket and the bottle is in a travel case inside. I find this approach terrific, sensible and modern. You can pack it wonderfully in the work bag or luggage. The manufacturers think along and go with the times.

But now to the fragrance:

Spoiler: Dubai - Turath is a beautiful fragrance and is for me the best fragrance of the first generation. Info: the fragrances are divided into different generations, which are also significantly more expensive for each subsequent generation.
Turath translated into German means something like "tradition". Especially in Dubai, a wide variety of people from different cultures come together and live the modern luxury life there. Thus Turath stands in this case for the variety of cultures, which unites around the central Arab culture, which is represented everywhere in Dubai.
And that's exactly what the fragrance expresses for me... it is so many things, but at its core it always comes back to the oriental and Arabic-inspired core.
It starts with lots of different sweet fruits, a variety of pleasant spices and warm woody notes. As these fragrance notes are surrounded by beautiful powerful (but still soft) oud, which has slight animalic hints resonate, but never becomes very stale.
The H/S are incredibly good! The Dift holds with me really forever and is even after a long working day still perceptible. The Simmage also radiates strongly in the first 4-6 hours, but never stuffy / unpleasant.
The fragrance came with my Unfemd so far surprisingly well received, it has really hailed compliments.
Especially people who are familiar with the Arab culture or like oriental fragrances are particularly excited about it!
For me, it is a clear recommendation and I would no longer want to miss him in my collection. With the fragrance I just feel good... :)

Oriental perfection
Turath came through a friendly addition as a bottling to a swap to test to me. The brand Nabeel has not really interested me until now, because I'm not so much the friend of strong oriental perfumes. I do not like saffron, rose and leather, which already makes it very difficult to like oriental perfumes.

Turath is really a firework of fragrance notes. Here I am really almost failed to recognize individual notes. I recognize fruity notes combined with some bergamot and orange, but that was it already with the recognize the top note. The heart and base notes definitely contain oud and saffron with some rose, but again I failed to be able to recognize more.

Turath is really incredibly complex, which I find very good, because everything perfectly forms a unit and fits together. Unfortunately, the saffron towards the end spoils the fragrance a bit for me, because I just can't stand that note. Turath is really one of the best fragrances I've ever smelled, if I put the focus on quality and complexity.

The performance is really extreme. I was able to smell the fragrance for over 24 hours with 3 sprays. The silage fills entire rooms for almost 8 hours.

The price is really even okay in my opinion, considering the OVP and the quality. Turath is also not really more expensive than Xerjoff, Roja or other brands in this league.

Simply indescribable...
Quick heads up...this is my first review, despite my many years of perfume enthusiasm. But well...I'll give it a try.

First of all, let me say a few words about the packaging. You immediately notice that you are holding something of very high quality in your hands. From the box itself to the travel case containing the fragrance, everything feels super high-quality. The mere fact that a travel case is provided is extraordinary.

But let's get to the fragrance. The first thing I thought of was a souk street in Dubai with dried fruit, spices and woods. It doesn't sound that exciting, but it is, because the perfumer of this fragrance has managed to bring out new nuances every hour. On my skin, I perceive a constant interplay between dried fruits and spices, while the whole thing becomes increasingly woody after a few hours without losing its fruity notes. The whole thing is so well balanced that no single note overpowers the others. Every time I smell my spray head, I perceive different facets. This fragrance was love at first sniff for me.

In terms of performance, I can't fault this fragrance either. I can still smell it on my skin after 24 hours and the sillage is also great, which is typical for fragrances from the Arab world.

So I can only advise everyone to try this fragrance, close their eyes and completely surrender to its complexity.

Probably the easiest introduction to the upscale oriental world....
Hello everyone,

there are many fragrance houses in almost every price range / segment that make oriental fragrances and I'll be honest - well over 80% can be forgotten directly (unfortunately).

Because those are too synthetic, disturbing/unattractive and look cheap and that brings us to the next point. To appeal to the widest possible audience, they are very cheap (really cheap). So you can say that they are very synthetic. I know there are some who don't even think this is a bad thing, but I'm out at a certain level.

Of course there is also EO, which is probably the spearhead, including their prices, but that's another topic.

Of course, there is also NABEEL, which has consistently delivered a very good performance for many years (!). Quality / oils 1a, flacons 1a, OVP usually insanely good, gradient / accords, H/S more than 1a.

And the Dubai - Turath is exactly that and if you know the prices of the house, it is still one of the cheaper ones, but I say right away "it's worth it"!
H/S AWESOME!

Its slightly fruity opening with the dried fruits, the candied fruits is still pleasant and as usual with the company, each fragrance has xx fragrance notes and accords. Really great! And in the drydown it becomes really pleasing (beautiful).

Can I say something bad?

In itself no - I could only wear it in a cool season, because the performance is really fiercely good, even used discreetly (2x - 3x).

For the oriental and upscale direction, it is one of the best options to get to know something like this!
If I really wasn't convinced, I wouldn't recommend it to you! (Try it out - assuming you like that sort of thing!)

And now have a nice day/evening, or whatever you read this review, LG the Benny

A tasty and spicy homage
A spray on the left arm.
I am overwhelmed!
Even in the first few seconds, I am immediately drawn into a spicy oriental spell.
It is the complete opposite of alcohol-heavy fragrances - nothing has to evaporate here. You are immediately captivated by a warm, spicy veil that leaves you wanting for nothing.
For me, it smells like 38 degrees, a linen shirt, sunglasses and a fresh plate of fruit on the beach.
For some people, the spicy notes might make it a little too heavy, but I find it perfectly rounded. A spicy mix of dried fruits and spices, bedded on a gentle hint of oud - which doesn't smell animalic at all.

All in all, a very successful short break from everyday life.

Huuuge amount of different notes, to smell like a common potpourri sweet-woody-fruity with standard quality, a huge pass.

Maybe the best from the cheapest line. Nice! Very synthetic, but at least complex and well blended. Pass for me.

Sweet rose, woody-balsamic base w/ mild Jubi25-styled fruity oriental hints. Blend quality isn't *that* great. Olfactory fatigue hits fast.
